Dwg Objekte Beschreibung:

On this website you can find many patterns or hatches, as a .pat format.
Here you can learn how to insert them onto Autocad.

Autocad 2004
Copy the file in the *.pat format you downloaded into the folder support of autocad. If you don’t know where to find the support folder:

Into Autocad chose Tools > Options

Open the tab “Files” and select “Support File Search Path“. This will show a list of directories that AutoCAD searches for files such as .pat hatch pattern files. If the correct directory path is at the top, you don’t need to do anything. If you need to move the correct directory path to the top of the list, click on it, then use the “Move Up” button, to move this path to the top of the list.

It should be something like this:
c:\users\(the_name_of_your_pc)\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCad 2004\R16.0\us\support

Or you can use this method:
Type the following at your command line: (findfile”acad.pat”). Press Enter. AutoCAD will return the path to the acad.pat file. It will look something like this:

“C:\\Documents and Settings\\ddt’s computer\\application data\\autodesk\\autocad 2010\\r18.0\\enu\\support\\acad.pat”

You can cut and paste this path into your browser and be taken right to the file.
